About Us
MOST Construction is a residential construction and remodeling company, headquartered in Vista, Ca. Owners Steve Frost and Morten Kruse combine over 30 years of experience, focusing on high quality installation and customer service. MOST Construction places the utmost care and quality in every project completed.
Each project is directly supervised by Steve and Morten. Both continually strive to provide the most efficient, most effective service and installation possible. MOST employees and subcontractors are highly trained and experienced, committed to safety and continue to develop their skill sets in all areas of construction.
Bios
Steve Frost was born in England, moving around in a military family from Panama to Nebraska before finally settling in Southern California. Starting as an apprentice in a cabinetmaker shop in his teens, he continued working in the construction field before transitioning into the retail arena with Dixieline Lumber. His next step was joining EXPO Design Center where he met Morten Kruse.
He currently resides in Carlsbad with his wife Marla and two girls, Samantha (12) and Kelly (6).
Morten Kruse was born in Denmark, immigrating to California in 1988. Raised on a Danish dairy farm, he earned his degree in Agriculture Operations before moving to the US. Thereafter, he spent many years renovating Victorian houses in the Santa Ynez Valley before moving to the San Diego area and joining the EXPO Design Center team.
He currently resides in Carlsbad with his wife Pernille and two boys, Mathias (13) and Thomas (4).
Recognizing that their vision, personalities and work ethics were in sync, they encouraged one another to obtain their contractors licenses and start MOST Construction - and the rest is history! Steve and Morten have had a successful partnership for over 5 years and look forward to many more.
